ABGF Interim Report

Al Baraka General Fund is an open ended Fund established in adherence with the Islamic provisions.

The Fund Invests in various economic sectors in the G.C.C. countries and helps to strengthen the application of Islamic economic principles. The Fund aims to earn Halal profits through Islamic investment and financing modes, thus catering to the requirements of various investors.

FUND'S PERFORMANCE

Performance of the three participation units of the Fund reached the targeted set of returns through diversification of investments. The investments were concentrated in Mudaraba and Murabaha transactions, to a lesser extent in commodities and leasing transactions.
