Al-Amin
MasterCard is on of the safe means of payment for the settlement of
purchases made available by modern technology from worldwide.
Cash Withdrawals:
Al-Amin MasterCard enables clients to make cash
withdrawals up to 100% of card credit ceiling on monthly basis to meet
cash requirements. Cash drawings are available at all A.T.M bearing
MasterCard logo, which are about 500,000 worldwide. For safety reasons
and protection of clients interest, the company provides a PIN (personal
identification number) only, through which cash withdrawal is possible
on the card. We advise our client to register thi PIN at a safe place
away from the Card. Fee for Cash will be SR 30 to 3% from withdrawal
amount, which is higher.
Additional cards:
Al Amin MasterCard clients may request supplementary card
for their family members (father, mother, wife, children) to facilitate
arrangements and follow up of client’s payment.
Monthly Accounts Statements:
Al Amin MasterCard services center provides a monthly
statement of account including all purchasing transaction and cash
drawings made during the month and would be sent to client’s address.
Features of Al Amin MasterCard
Issuance of the card:
Al Amin MasterCard is issued to all clients of Al-Tawfeek
Company and Al-Amin Bank as well as to all employees of Dallah Albaraka
Group. These cards are of two categories:
Al Amin MasterCard – Gold
Al Amin MasterCard – Silver
Card Fees:
1.
For clients
and investors:
For the first year all cards, gold/silver and
supplementary will be free of charge. IN the consequent year the
following fees will be imposed :
Gold/principal SR

Silver / principal SR 125 Silver

Credit Ceiling:
The maximum amount that could be drawn
against the card is called Credit Ceiling. Determination of card credit
ceiling is subject to client’s volume of sharing in our funds or average
rate of monthly income for employees. Al Amin MasterCard’s credit
ceiling may be increased after prior arrangements with Al Amin
MasterCard services center, which also can exercise right to reduce
credit ceiling without prior consent of the client.
Card Validity:
Card is valid for one Gregorian year commencing date of issue and is
automatically renewed. Card holder should
inform Card Center/ Office, one(1) month before the expiry of the card
for his unwilling to renew, otherwise it will be renewed automatically
and card holder is responsible for renewal fee.
Card Currency:
Saudi Riyal is the basic currency of Al Amin
MasterCard. Accounts statements are issued in Saudi Riyal and
accordingly all purchases, cash withdrawals appear in their SR
equivalent as per the international exchange rage fixed by the
MasterCard International at the time of purchasing.
Mode of Payment:
All charges resulting from the card use such
as purchasing, cash withdrawals, issue, renewal fees shall become due
and payable on monthly basis and clients should settle all charges due
within a maximum period of 35 days from date of issuing the statement.
In case of default, a monthly SR 100 will be imposed as follow up
collection fees. Amount due can be settled by the following methods.

depositing the amount in cash to the accounts of Albaraka Investment &
Development Company, which are:

In this case our client has to sent us the deposit slip
copy on our fax number 6744255.

direct debit from current account of the client with us.

Loss of the Card
If the Card is lost or stolen, please contact
the Card client service center immediately on 02-6705806

The card holder shall bear the responsibility
of any operation made by the lost/stolen card before informing the Card
Service Center.
Card holder undertakes to keep care of the
card and to use it for the permitted purpose only.
