SHEIKH DR. ABDUL-SATTAR ABU-GHUDDAH

Dr. Abu Ghuddah is a senior Shari`ah Advisor to AlBaraka Investment Co. of Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Islamic Law. Dr Abu Ghuddah has published many books on Islamic Financial transactions. He was an advisor for Islamic Law Encyclopeadia (Kuwait Awqaf Ministry). Dr Abu Ghuddah is a member and chairman of several reputed Islamic Sharia Boards.

SHEIKH ABDULLAH ALMANEE

A graduate of Imam Mohamed Bin Saud University and a holder of MA in Economic Affairs and Judiciary from the same university. Worked in various capacities in the Council of Iftaa, the Higher Judiciary Council, Scientific Research, Iftaa, Propaganda and Guidance Council and currently a Judge at Makkah Court of Cessation.
 
 Sheikh Abdullah Almanee is also a member in the following institutions:

- Senior Ulama Council in Saudi Arabia

- Higher Council for Endowment in Saudi Arabia

- Higher Council for Dar Al Hadeeth Charity

- Fatwa and Shriaa’ Boards of a number of Islamic Banks and companies. 

Published many books and research and wrote many articles on various Islamic topics and participated in a number of symposiums, conferences and scientific forums.

Dr. Abdul Latif Mahmoud Al Mahmoud

Dr. Abdul Latif  Al Mahmoud is current  Head of  Arabic Language and Islamic Studies Section of  Bahrain University. He Holds a PhD in Islamic Jurisprudence and Sharia Policy. Dr. Abdul Latif has published many books on Social Insurance ( Sharia perspective ),  Pillars of Quranic Education and many other published and unpublished researches.  Dr. Abdul Latif is a member of several Islamic institutions Sharia Boards in Bahrain and UK.

Dr. Ahmed Mohyuddin Ahmed

 A Holder of a PhD in Islamic Economy, Dr. Ahmed M Ahmed is currently the Head of the Research Section of Dallah Albaraka Group and at the same time the Manager the Research and Development Department of Albaraka Banking Group. He is also a member in the Unified Sharia Board and a Consultant in the Office Dallah Albaraka Group Chairman.
Dr. Ahmed organized, supervised and participated in a number of conferences and symposiums in Islamic Economy both inside and outside Saudi Arabia and has  a number of publications in various Islamic Economy issues such as the work of the Islamic investment companies in the  Intl. Market and Murabaha, Musharaka, Banking Services Fatwas ..etc.

Dr. Sadiq Hamad

A Holder of PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence -in the context of banking performance in light of Islamic Shari a Jurisprudence and Principles of conventional Law, from the College of Law, Elnielain University, Khartoum, Sudan, 1999.  He is currently a Researcher in the General Secretariat of the Unified Shari a Board of Dallah Albaraka Group.
 Participated in and attended various courses at the Islamic Auditing and Accounting Bureau in Bahrain. He assisted in the preparation of working papers in the Shari a Board Conferences in Bahrain and also assisted in organization of a number Dallah Albaraka Group symposiums and conferences in field of Islamic Economy both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
