AlBaraka distribute US$30.43 million cash dividends
AlBaraka Banking Group B.S.C. (ABG) announced starting of Monday 30 April 2012 the distribution of US$30.43 million Cash dividends for the financial year 2011 equal to 3.5 Cent per share (3.5% of issued capital), as per the AGM approval last month.
The AGM approved cash and stock dividends distribution to shareholders with total of US$175.36 million for the financial year 2011. Stock dividends total is US$144.93 million and equal to 1 bonus share for every existing 6 shares (16.67% of issued capital) has been already added to shareholders accounts.
“Bahrain Shares Registering Company W.L.L. (BSRC)” has been appointed to handle the distribution in their capacity as official Shares Registrar.
