THE FUND  GCC  Leasing Fund is an open ended Fund established in adherence with the Sharia. The Fund’s capital, dominated in U.S. Dollar is primary invested in the leasing of assets in the GCC countries. 

FUNDS OBJECTIVE  The Fund aims to earn superior returns, in accordance with Sharia’, through financial leases of a diversified capital assets portfolio in the GCC countries. The fund may also invest in non-financial operations in compliance with Sharia-guidlines.

PORTFOLIO REVIEW  The investment portfolio is being diversified by different sectors to enhance the Fund’s performance with interest to produce competitive returns well within minimum risk parameters.
This  Interval, the Various Mudaraba Transactions sector has dominated the investment portfolio with (47.72%), followed by the Trade, Commodities, and Individual, (22.49%), (17.87%), and (8.14%). The remainder of the portfolio is distributed amongst the  Real Estate(2.21%) and Services with (1.57%).

The Fund’s investment strategy is based on diversity of the Fund’s sources in short, medium and long terms to keep the balance between the risk, profitability and liquidity
