In essence, Sharia does not allow the division or separation of profit from risk in any of man's commercial dealings. It states simply that profit is a reward of diligent performance and may not be earned without being subject to risk. Al Tawfeek Company is an Investment Fund creator, initiator, and packager; after the product is launched, subscribed and funded, we act as the fiduciary managers / administrators (MUDHARIB) of the    Fund(s). An Islamic law prohibits investment funds to be used in any type of debt or collection of 'interest', the Mudharib must exercise a considerably higher degree of responsibility to owners/investors than in conventional banking relationships. The success of the fund manager is judged directly on the profitability of the activities in which the fund is investing. Investors have the reassurance that the Mudharib is an individual of integrity whose only gain is a pre-agreed share of the profits.
