The Digitalization, IT & Information Security Committee oversees the digital transformation strategies, policies, projects, and initiatives across the Group and monitors their implementation to ensure that they enable the Group business strategy and strategic objectives. The committee also ensures that the units are consistent with the Group’s strategic aims as well as with each local strategy. The Committee is chaired by the Group Chief Executive Officer and its membership consists of the Heads of Strategic Planning and IT and the Chief Digital Officer.
