Individual account: - Original valid passport.
- Original valid Bahraini CPR/national ID.
- Residential proof of address.
- Proof of IBAN.
- Securities certificates (if any).
- Any other documents that may be requested by the broker.
Corporate account: - Certificate of incorporation / CR / trust deed.
- Partnership agreement and/or Memorandum and Articles of association.
- Board resolution seeking Bahrain Clear for opening an investor account.
- List of Authorized Signatories (2 original valid IDs).
- Updated List of Board of Directors (1 valid ID each).
- Updated List of major shareholders and/or beneficial owners (1 valid ID each)
- Copy of the latest financial report and accounts, audited where possible.
- Company’s proof of IBAN.
- Any other documents that may be requested by the broker.
